EU Data Residency
All customer personal data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA. The platform and all data at rest are hosted on EU infrastructure (Scaleway and OVHcloud, in the Netherlands and France), and all AI inference runs on EU infrastructure (TensorX, in Ireland and Finland). No customer personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, and no Chapter V GDPR transfer mechanism is engaged.
† AI Inference (TensorX, EU)
TensorX Ltd. (Irish-registered, company no. 796387) is engaged where AI capabilities are enabled for a customer's environment. Inference runs on GPU infrastructure physically located within the EU with zero data retention: prompts and completions are processed in ephemeral memory only, are never written to disk, logged, or otherwise persisted, and are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model.
Changes
We provide notice of any intended sub-processor addition or replacement, with a right to object, per §4.2 of the Data Processing Agreement.
