Where to Find Our DPA

Our Data Processing Agreement (version 2026-08-26) is presented and accepted in-product; a copy is available on request at privacy@solidafy.com.

The DPA is entered into pursuant to Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and governs the processing of personal data by Solidafy Labs AB on behalf of the customer. Acceptance is recorded in-product when your organization first accepts the agreement.

Sub-processors

The current list of sub-processors authorized under the DPA is published at solidafy.com/legal/sub-processors and matches §4.5 of the agreement. All sub-processors that process customer personal data are located within the EU/EEA. We provide notice of any intended sub-processor addition or replacement, with a right to object, per §4.2 of the DPA.
